The chocolate chips are done, the butter cookie dough is chillin’ in the fridge, and the second tray of peanut blossoms are in the oven. Next up, the molasses cookies…
I’m not sure what I was thinking exactly when I decided to make not one but FOUR different types of cookies. It’s not like there won’t be food available to eat at tomorrow’s Christmas dinner celebration. It just sort of snowballed. I was going to make chocolate chip, then Dave said, “but I like the peanut butter ones with the hershey kiss in the middle,” then Mom said, “but I like the butter cookies with the frosting,” and then I said, “but I like the molasses cookies, too”….ahhhh!!! I hope no one else tells me what they like!!!
There goes the timer on the oven. I’m off to shove hershey kisses into cookies!

We have a TON of dessert's…silk pie, pecan pie, pumpkin pie and I was thinking about making a chess cake too!
